Donna Brooks is a somatic movement educator and therapist, Yogi, and embodied meditator who has 35 years of experience teaching, counseling and coaching in movement and the healing arts.

Building Strength from Ease

This unique approach will focus in individual needs and offer personalized strategies. You will utilize:

  • Relaxation as the overlooked basis of strength
  • The deeper rhythms of rest and exertion
  • Non-linear / circular movement
  • Figure 8 movements to mobilize stiff joints

All classes are held in Hadley at Wellspring Integrative Neurotherapy, 104 Russell St., Hadley, MA.
