Identifying, understanding and moving your hyoid bone and related muscles can help. This little bone connects our breathing, speaking, swallowing, and plays an important supporting role in overall posture. You can support your whole body by finding natural hyoid movement. This movement is satisfying, pleasurable, pain-free and can eliminate problems with chronic neck and shoulder tension, difficulty speaking, swallowing or feeling like your head weighs too much!
