REGAIN YOUR PELVIC FLOOR:
Strength, Elasticity and Calm

A Gentle & Transformational Guide to Pelvic Floor Function

Is your pelvic floor letting you down?

If you feel like a failure because of your pelvic floor complaints, it is not your fault, and… you are not alone.

Researchers estimate that 50–70% of women worldwide will experience pelvic health disorders at some point in their lives, and that 1 in 4 women are currently affected.

Natural prolapse treatment

Fortunately, there is hope!

Imagine a life where panty liners are a thing of the past. Pelvic pain is not a concern, and you move through each day with ease, confidence, and vitality.

I have helped hundreds of women reclaim their pelvic floor health, and now I will share the process with you.

Donna Brooks. Pelvic floor coach.

My personal journey to pelvic health

My OB-GYN diagnosed me with prolapse during menopause and instructed me to stop exercising, avoid heavy lifting, do Kegels, and prepare for future surgery.

Although devastated, my professional expertise as a movement and therapeutic yoga specialist told me something didn’t add up.

I’ve spent decades helping people heal through movement. So I knew there had to be a way to strengthen and heal my pelvic floor and avoid surgery, in a gentle and natural way.

Discovering the truth about Kegels… the hard way!

I diligently did the prescribed Kegels, but instead of improving, I developed chronic pelvic pain. That’s how I realized that strengthening already-toned pelvic floor muscles could make things worse.

I dove deep into studying the pelvic floor—consulting specialists, pelvic floor educators, and other women who shared similar struggles. I discovered that stress, poor posture, and even how we breathe and bend can worsen pelvic floor dysfunction.

The power of a whole body-mind approach to pelvic floor healing

I chose a different approach, a personal approach to healing my pelvic floor. Instead of a sole focus on strengthening exercises, I incorporated reverse Kegel exercises and my deep experience of somatic wisdom and embodied movement for a whole body-mind transformation. With this shift, my symptoms retreated and I regained strength, comfort and trust in my body.

Now, more than a decade later, I’m living proof that healing your pelvic floor gently and naturally is possible. I can confidently say that I am better, stronger, comfortable, and able to enjoy an active life without pelvic floor concerns at 65 years old.

I’ve successfully used these techniques with hundreds of clients, often desperate after being let down by the health system.

Now I’m sharing it all with you in my pelvic health book:
