Hi, I’m Donna—a somatic movement therapist, yoga expert, and embodied meditation teacher with 40 years’ experience helping people heal through movement.
Twenty years ago, Lyme disease left me too weak to even focus on the breathing techniques I had learned over the years. Fortunately, I discovered a game-changer: that better breath is not a result of a breathing technique-it’s a result of a gentle and unhurried way to establish a normal unconscious breath.
With this, my breath deepened, my energy returned, and I realized we all have this natural power within us. My passion motivated me to go deep-studying and researching breathing techniques and human anatomy, to really understand conflicting ideas and practices. Here I discovered a breathwork process anyone can benefit from.
Since then, I have shared this unique breathwork process successfully with hundreds of clients, and I’m here to share it with you—using somatic wisdom and practical movements so you can move beyond healing and thrive.
