These practices are for everyone! They are easy to do; all you need is a little space and your own body.

The gift of Somatic Movement is that you can have less pain, more flexibility and better function by gently exploring the way your body was meant to move. Somatic Movement is different to exercise because it involves the neurological pathways that actually control your muscle habits and tone.
